Hero · Marquee split

A hero section for Bricks Builder with a photo filling the right half and a very large H1 on the left with room to breathe under it. A dark marquee band runs edge to edge with short phrases below the title, and the lead and button sit under that. Good for a bold, headline-first hero with a moving detail.
