CTA · Floating contact

A round button fixed in the bottom right corner, with its text beside it. It opens a panel with a title, a text, your contact details and your social profiles.

Structure

This is what the Bricks Structure panel shows after you paste the template. Component instances say which component they are.

The template also pastes a dashed note above the section, with the short version of this page. It only shows inside the builder, never on the published page — see Builder notes.

How to adjust

Every step is the same move: pick the element in the Structure panel, change its Properties.

Where are those panels?

How to adjust a template shows every one of them in a screenshot of the real builder: the Structure and Properties panels, the classes on an element, a component's style families and the field where a CSS variable goes.

  1. Paste the template in Bricks first — see Copy and paste.
  2. Select Floating contact (FBK Floating panel) › Properties: Button text, Icon · Style group: Style, Corner, Pulse, Hover effect, Look, Tone, Shape, Background.
  3. Select Intro (FBK Intro) › Properties: Eyebrow, Hide eyebrow, Title, Title level, Lead, Hide lead · Style group: Eyebrow style, Highlight, Title size, Accent line · Layout group: Alignment, Layout, Background, Spacing · Motion group: Reveal in slider.
  4. Select Contact · Write to us, Contact · Call us, Contact · Opening hours (+1 more) (FBK Icon item) › Properties: Icon, Title, Title tag, Text · Show or hide group: Hide icon, Hide text · Style group: Layout, Look, Tone, Shape, Size, Alignment, HTML tag, Background.
  5. Select Social (FBK Social) › Properties: Networks group: Facebook link, Instagram link, X link, LinkedIn link, YouTube link, TikTok link, Hide Facebook, Hide Instagram, Hide X, Hide LinkedIn, Hide YouTube, Hide TikTok · Style group: Look, Tone, Shape, Size, Show names, Hover effect, Background.

Finish by hand

  • Put this block once per page (or in a template that covers the whole site): it stays in the bottom right corner of the screen. Change the text and the icon in its properties; the panel content is in its Content slot.
  • Contact details: the email and phone are links in each item's text (mailto: and tel:). Social profiles: the links are in the FBK Social properties.
  • It opens and closes without code. The small script inside adds closing with Esc and with a click outside; it needs "Execute code" for the role and can be deleted.
  • The pulse is the class fbk-float--pulse (property Pulse): three rings when the page loads. The open state is %root%[open] in .fbk-float (it sets --fbk-float-open); the panel's entrance is in .fbk-float__panel.
  • Hover effects: the round button darkens under the mouse (property Hover effect, class fbk-float--hover), and the email and phone links take the accent color (class fbk-floatcontact--hover on Panel content). Remove either for a static look.

On phones

The template is designed desktop first, the Bricks default, and only changes at the two widths the library uses:

  • 991px and below — .fbk-intro.
  • 767px and below — .fbk-float.

Those changes live in Bricks' own breakpoint fields, so you edit them where you always do: pick the breakpoint in the toolbar and the same fields follow.

Careful with the classes shared by the whole library (fbk-section, fbk-intro, the component classes): a change there shows up in every template that uses them.

If your site's breakpoints are set up mobile first, copy the mobile-first variant of the template instead — see Copy and paste.

Accessibility

In this template, keyboard focus is visible on every interactive piece; movement is cut back when the visitor's system asks for less motion; the state screen readers need is already set (aria-hidden, aria-label).

What is checked on every template, and what depends on your own palette: Accessibility.

Dark mode

This section stays light whatever your site does: it does not carry the fbk-section--auto-dark class, which is only added to templates checked on a dark background.
